Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team at an established (30yrs+) Bay Area personal injury firm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to effectively draft legal documents. .We Provide:Cases generally worked up through demand stage.100% of case costsSome paralegal and administrative support on a case-to-case basis40% of attorneys feesHourly work also frequently available.You:CA State Bar license in good standing7+ years of personal injury litigation experience (managing discovery, depositions, motions), mediations, arbitrations.Trial experience is a major plusStrong client communication skillsLocal to the Bay Area and familiar with its courtsThis is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to focus on practicing personal injury law without the hassle of firm overhead, marketing, or cost advancement and the freedom to run their practice as they see fit.Duties<ul><li>Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with precision and attention to detail.</li><li>Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.</li><li>Prepare for trials by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation practices.</li><li>Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under the law.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure proper documentation is completed in a timely manner.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in litigation</li><li>Exceptional writing skills with experience in legal drafting.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.</li><li>Prior experience in a law office setting is a must.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
