Primary Function</b></h2></div><div><p>
The Specialty Commercial Coordinator plays a key role in managing open orders for specialty customers, ensuring seamless execution from order entry through delivery. This position collaborates closely with production, scheduling, transportation, distribution centers, and order entry teams to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of key account orders.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Oversee daily management of open specialty commercial orders.</li><li>
Coordinate with planners at McBee and Lebanon facilities to ensure proper material setup and production execution.</li><li>
Understand and navigate work cell flow at McBee and Lebanon for large commercial unit production.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, including production planning, transportation, order entry, and distribution centers.</li><li>
Serve as a liaison with regional sales managers and representatives supporting specialty commercial products.</li><li>
Apply knowledge of MRP systems to support the specialty commercial order process.</li><li>
Notify Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) of new material numbers once available.</li><li>
Provide daily SAP support to CSRs.</li><li>
Proactively identify and escalate issues to the Order Management leadership team.</li><li>
Support expedite requests for commercial and residential products during non-peak periods.</li><li>
Make independent decisions to ensure accurate and timely set-up of specialty products.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Order Management, preferably with SAP.</li><li>
Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency and efficient problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li><li>
Excellent veral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Preferred experience with SAP, Tableau, Celonis, and Excel-based analysis.</li><li>

Directs export sales of Lochinvar Corporation by performing the following duties personally or through manufacturer&rsquo;s representatives and customer service personnel. The Canadian Sales Manager - North America - Canada will serve as the principal liaison between our manufacturing representatives and other company personnel to fulfill our sales objectives in Canadian territory.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
To coordinate, monitor and support company export sales goals and objectives for applicable products and/or markets as stated in the &ldquo;year plan.&rdquo;</li><li>
Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, and advises dealers/distributors, and sales representatives concerning sales techniques.</li><li>
Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist customer service personnel, manufacturer representatives and dealer/distributors in promoting sales of applicable product.</li><li>
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.</li><li>
Reviews exchange rate of U.S. dollar against other currencies to insure both competitiveness and margin impact to Lochinvar</li><li>
To continuously research the competitive environment in which we operate and report noteworthy information to the VP Sales, along with recommendations for action.</li><li>
To provide the VP Sales with timely and factual information from the field or export markets on matters deserving attention. Perform other related duties as assigned by VP</li></ul><p><br>

Assists customer service personnel in expediting correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections to properly serve the export market.</li><li>
Assists in the arrangement of shipping details such as export licenses, customer declarations, and packing, shipping and routing of product to Canadian market.</li><li>
Periodically conducts product sales/service training to export sales personnel, manufacturer&rsquo;s representatives and dealers/distributors or other customers.</li><li>
Conducts quarterly inventory report of our independent stocking representatives to insure conformance to our program requirements and submits results to VP Sales.</li><li>
Assists marketing and technical service departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications related to applicable export products.</li><li>
Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.</li><li>
Provides the VP Sales with timely call and/or trip reports and monthly itineraries.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Canadian experience required high percentage of this role Latin American experience is a plus not high priority.</li><li>
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.</li><li>
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.</li><li>
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.</li><li>
