Our Compensation team is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst, Programs and Process. The Compensation</div><div>
function contributes to the success of APi Group by partnering with the business to develop strategies and</div><div>
programs to drive the performance of the business. This role is a key member of the Total Rewards team and will</div><div>
partner with the compensation team, HR business partners, and finance on our compensation programs and</div><div>
processes including annual merit, annual incentives, annual grant, survey participation, and the technology tools</div><div>
that support our compensation function. This role will also manage our compensation resources, content, and</div><div>
communication plans and support with analysis and data administration related items.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><div><b>
Broad-Based Compensation Process &amp; Program Lead</b></div><ul><li>Partner with compensation, HR, and finance on annual incentive tracking, accrual processes, and payout</li></ul><div>
process; support any modeling or analysis required.</div><ul><li>Manage the communication process for all annual incentive plans and create tools to support driving</li></ul><div>
engagement with the plan.</div><ul><li>Program lead for our US based compensation structure.</li><li>Process lead for our annual merit process.</li><li>Process lead for our annual incentive process.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Compensation Tools &amp; Resources Lead</b></div><ul><li>Manage survey participation execution, supporting our Associate Compensation Analyst through the</li></ul><div>
submission process.</div><ul><li>Own the vendor relationship with PayFactors and survey providers.</li><li>Lead the development and delivery of Compensation Tools and Resources in partnership with the</li></ul><div>
compensation and HR teams.</div><ul><li>Act as the compensation business partner for all enterprise technology tools that connect to compensation</li></ul><div>
(i.e. Oracle, Ceridian). Including managing the overall job architecture structure.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Long-Term Incentive Process Lead
</b></div><ul><li>Manage the annual, off-cycle, and non-employee director long-term incentive grant processes.</li><li>Support with long-term incentive communications.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>5-7 years compensation, finance, or HR experience; minimum of 3 years specialized compensation experience</li><li>Highly detail oriented and ability to execute with high levels of accuracy</li><li>Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professional composure</li><li>Strong data analysis, including strong proficiency in Excel (macros, vlookups)</li><li>Strong process management skills with process improvement experience</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul><li>Experience managing compensation processes including annual merit and annual incentives</li><li>Experience working with survey participation and market pricing tools (i.e. PayFactors, Marketpay)</li><li>Long-term incentive experience</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is <b>$88,300 - $132,300</b>, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
