Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Location: New Brighton, MN - onsite

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to senior leaders and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and has extensive experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the efficient execution of projects and tasks.

What You Will Do
<ul>
<li>Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and proactively handle scheduling conflicts for seamless execution of daily operations.</li>
<li>Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents with accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Arrange and facilitate logistics for meetings, conferences, and workshops, including preparing materials and coordinating with participants.</li>
<li>Take meeting minutes, track actionable items, and follow up as required to ensure timely completion.</li>
<li>Assist in planning, tracking, and organizing projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.</li>
<li>Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are met, providing support in resolving challenges when necessary.</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, for executives and senior staff.</li>
<li>Accurately prepare and manage expense reports in compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Act as a professional liaison between internal departments, external clients, and senior staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication.</li>
<li>Manage inquiries and resolve issues proactively, ensuring excellent service delivery.</li>
</ul>
Basic Requirements
<ul>
<li>7+ years of proven experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably supporting executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.</li>
</ul>
 Benefits and Compensation:

This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $29 - $44/hr, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
