We are seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator ready to take the next step toward a Marketing Manager role.This full-time, remote U.S.-based position focuses on managing digital advertising, CRM automation, SEO, and campaign strategy for A+ Powerwashing &amp; Roof Cleaning and A+ Lighting. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and eager to grow into a leadership role with measurable impact on lead generation and revenue growth.We&rsquo;re seeking someone ready to invest fully in this role and our mission. This is a full-time position that requires full-time commitment &mdash; we&rsquo;re not considering fractional or freelance arrangements.<ul><li>Qualifications</li></ul>- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or performance marketing - Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (required) - Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar)<ul><li>Experience in creating and managing marketing budgets</li><li>Experience working in Word Press , Chatgbt, Google analytics</li></ul>- Working knowledge of SEO, GA4 analytics, and conversion tracking - Excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills - Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Desire to advance into a marketing leadership role within 12&ndash;18 monthsCompensation &amp; BenefitsBase salary: $55,000&ndash;$70,000 per year (based on experience) - Quarterly performance bonus based on lead generation and ROI - Paid holidays, PTO, and flexible remote work - Mentorship directly from the company owner - Clear growth plan to Marketing Manager with pay increase and expanded responsibilitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
