Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help foster a positive atmosphere where cleanliness and customer service shine.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.</li><li>Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.</li><li>Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are pristine and well-maintained.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests&rsquo; needs promptly and professionally.</li><li>Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe and healthy environment.</li><li>Handle custodial tasks like trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment for optimal operation.</li><li>Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts in larger facilities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments.</li><li>Strong skills in cleaning techniques, including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry services.</li><li>Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.</li><li>Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment is preferred.</li><li>Prior experience with hotel or custodial services enhances your suitability for this role.
