BrothersA.R.Brothers is hiring an experienced, ambitious, and target-oriented Business Development Manager to expand the company's solar business by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and developing long-term relationships with residential, commercial, industrial, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve business development targets through field marketing and client engagement.Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.Eligibility / Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of proven marketing or business development experience (Solar industry experience will be preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of field marketing, client acquisition, and business development.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of achieving assigned business targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li></ul>Location:Satellite Town, RawalpindiWorking Hours / Timing:9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PMJob Type:Full-Time (On-Site)Salary Structure:<ul><li>Up to PKR 100,000 per month</li><li>Salary is payable upon successful achievement of assigned monthly business targets and performance objectives.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and approach new residential, commercial, industrial, and corporate clients.</li><li>Generate qualified leads through field marketing, telemarketing, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Promote A.R.Brothers' solar energy solutions to prospective customers.</li><li>Conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Prepare quotations and business proposals in coordination with the technical team.</li><li>Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful projects.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly business development and revenue targets.</li><li>Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client visits, telemarketing activities, lead generation, and business progress.</li><li>Represent A.R.Brothers professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and business events.</li><li>Perform other business development and marketing duties assigned by the management.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Monthly earning of up to PKR 100,000 based on target achievement.</li><li>Professional and supportive working environment.</li><li>Performance-based career growth opportunities.</li><li>Opportunity to work on residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.</li><li>Continuous learning and professional development.</li></ul>Office Address:A.R.
