The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end accounting functions with accuracy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable &amp; Accounts Receivable</li><li>Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries</li><li>GST working: R1, R3B, input credit, reconciliation, and vendor follow-up</li><li>TDS computation, payment, and return preparation</li><li>Bank reconciliation, cash book monitoring, and petty cash management</li><li>Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, and project-wise expense summaries</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams &amp; vendors for financial accuracy</li><li>Assist the management with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Tally Prime</li><li>Good command over MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, basic formulas)</li><li>Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Prior experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Education: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA (preferred)</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years in accounting</li><li>Experience in a construction company or project-based accounting is a plus</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing startup</li><li>Exposure to multiple verticals of construction accounting</li><li>Learning-oriented environment</li><li>Career growth with expanding company operations</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,707.09 - &#8377;42,085.57 per monthWork Location: In person
