We are looking for a skilled and versatile HR cum Accountant to manage both human resources functions and day-to-day financial accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll, employee records, statutory compliance, financial record keeping, and routine office administration.Human Resources Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers</li><li>Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities</li><li>Prepare and process monthly payroll, ESI, PF, bonus, gratuity, etc.</li><li>Ensure HR policy compliance and assist in policy development</li><li>Manage employee engagement and resolve grievances</li><li>Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations</li></ul>Accounting Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally or other accounting software</li><li>Maintain records of purchases, sales, receipts, and payments</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in audits</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow reports</li><li>Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and other financial reports</li><li>Assist in budgeting and financial planning</li><li>Coordinate with CA or external consultants for financial compliance</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; MBA in HR is a plus</li><li>Proven experience (2+ years) in both HR and accounting functions</li><li>Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting practices</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws, EPF, ESI, GST, TDS, and payroll</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills</li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
