These partner types could include Banks and Payment Processors. Strategic Partnerships Executive's main role will be to support with regard to the following: Lead Generation, Research and Analysis, Strategic Initiatives, Day-to-Day escalations, and Dealing with existing partners' related matters. This role is critical in maintaining quality relationships with our partners and maximizing our collaborations to their full potential.Key Responsibilities:1. Partner Relationship Management<ul><li>Address day-to-day inquiries and resolve escalations from banks and payment processors.</li></ul><ul><li>Address day-to-day issues from internal stakeholders with our numerous partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Build and sustain high-quality, collaborative relationships with existing partners to foster trust and loyalty.</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and rapid issue resolution.</li></ul>2. Lead Generation &amp; Strategic Research<ul><li>Conduct research to identify lead generation opportunities within the existing partner ecosystem.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs to inform strategic initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Gather and interpret data to support targeted relationship strategies and recommend growth opportunities.</li></ul>3. Strategic Initiatives &amp; Growth Support<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute initiatives that expand and strengthen partner relationships.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with the company's partnership goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with partners to maximize the potential of existing collaborations through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.</li></ul>4.
