Job DescriptionMinimum Qualification Criteria:- 1. Graduate in any field (HR preferably) 2. experience 1-2 yearsJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs</li><li>Screening resumes</li><li>Performing in-person and virtual round of interviews with candidates.</li><li>Making recommendations to company hiring managers</li><li>Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers</li><li>Following up on the interview process status</li><li>Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process</li><li>Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations</li><li>Completing timely reports on employment activity.</li></ul>Required Knowledge and Skills:-<ul><li>Experience with recruiting is a plus, however, freshers may also apply.</li><li>Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.</li><li>Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.</li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.</li><li>Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.</li><li>Skills in database management and record keeping.</li><li>Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.</li><li>Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Gather and analyze information skill-fully.</li></ul>Organization Address: E-47/10, Okhla Phase-2, New Delhi 110020Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>It will be work from home for first month and then we will work from office, does that work for you?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
