The Children's Service Director is responsible for coordinating, implementing and overseeing all direct service children&rsquo;s programs in alignment with A Step Ahead in Pierce County&rsquo;s goals and objectives, including A Step Ahead (ESS), BOOST, and Playful Connections.You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, family-centered service delivery; supervising program staff; maintaining compliance with funding and regulatory requirements; and supporting program growth and innovation.
