 You will create designs, guide teams, manage clients, and ensure quality across every stage of the design process.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a key position for someone who is passionate, responsible, and aligned with our vision of architectural excellence and purposeful design.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead architecture or interior projects from concept to completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, Review and supervise drawings, detailing, and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage design teams and ensure design integrity
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to design strategy and studio culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree of Architecture/Interior design,
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Indesign or Similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative and Passionate about the job is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and project execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create High quality renders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create complete working drawing packages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative and communication skills.
 </li>
