Job Title: Receptionist &amp; Accounts Executive Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months Location: Gwalior [M.P] Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and responsible Receptionist &amp; Accounts Executive to manage front-desk operations along with basic accounting and billing responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask efficiently.Key Responsibilities Reception &amp; Front Desk Duties<ul><li>Greet patients/visitors professionally and ensure a positive first impression</li><li>Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment scheduling</li><li>Maintain patient/visitor records accurately (manual or software-based)</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, staff, and management for smooth daily operations</li><li>Manage appointment diaries and follow-up calls</li></ul>Accounts &amp; Billing Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle daily billing, OPD collections, and payment receipts</li><li>Maintain daily cash records and expense tracking</li><li>Prepare basic accounts reports (daily/monthly)</li><li>Handle invoices, payment follow-ups, and MIS reports</li><li>Ensure accuracy in financial entries and documentation</li><li>Maintain files, registers, and office documents</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of patient and financial information</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 6 months experience in reception and/or basic accounting</li><li>Knowledge of billing, cash handling, and basic accounting principles</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Well-organized, punctual, and professional attitude</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience in clinic/hospital/front office environment (preferred)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resume to atdentalexperts@gmail.com or contact +91 78292 88813 for immediate consideration.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,426.84 - ₹12,500.80 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Overnight Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
