Job description:Job Description: As an ERP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ERP system used in Manufacturing Unit. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the system is tailored to meet the specific needs of the business. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the ERP software is functioning effectively and efficiently, leading to streamlined operations across the organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>ERP System Development: Design, develop, and implement ERP system modules to support manufacturing operations including inventory management, sales, finance, purchasing, Production ,HR,Import ,Store inventory ,QC etc.</li><li>Customization &amp; Integration: Customize the ERP system to meet specific business requirements and integrate it with other software tools.</li><li>System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the ERP system to ensure security, stability, and scalability.</li><li>Troubleshooting &amp; Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. Ensure any system downtime or errors are minimized.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Generate and customize reports to support data-driven decision-making. Assist in analyzing system data to improve business processes.</li><li>User Training &amp; Documentation: Train staff on using the ERP system efficiently and provide user manuals or documentation for new features.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as management, sales, finance, purchasing, Production ,HR,Import ,Store inventory ,QC to understand their needs and implement ERP solutions accordingly.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Master/Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>7-10 years proven experience in ERP development, implementation, and customization (preferably in Manufacturing similar environments).</li><li>Strong proficiency in ERP software such as ERP Next , SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.</li><li>Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and software development languages (Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes i</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.</li><li>Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

ERP DEVELOPER

<ul><li>3-5 years Proven experience in a mechanical fitting in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including lathes, grinders, and other fitting equipment.</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings .</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and precision in fitting and alignment.</li><li>Solid understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.</li><li>Relevant mechanical qualification preferred.</li><li>Assemble and install machinery and equipment as per technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance and scheduled inspections to ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.</li><li>Fabricate components as required, using tools such as lathes and grinders.</li><li>Test and align equipment after assembly or repair to ensure proper performance.</li><li>Follow all relevant safety protocols and industry compliance standards</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
