Billing Accountant

Key ResponsibilitiesTicket Management -Receive maintenance requests via phone, email, portal, or helpdesk system Log, categorize, and prioritize service tickets accurately in the ticketing system -Assign work orders to relevant technicians or vendors based on trade, urgency, and availability -Monitor open tickets and ensure timely progress and closure as per SLAs Coordination &amp; Communication -Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests and follow-ups -Communicate job details clearly to technicians, supervisors, and vendors -Update clients or internal stakeholders on job status and expected completion times -Escalate critical or overdue tickets to the Facilities Manager or Operations team Documentation &amp; Reporting -Maintain accurate records of work orders, job descriptions, actions taken, and closures -Ensure proper documentation such as photos, reports, checklists, and client approvals are uploaded -Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on ticket volume, response times, and SLA compliance -Support audits by providing ticketing and maintenance records when required System &amp; Process Compliance -Ensure ticketing activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements -Follow established workflows for emergency, preventive, and reactive maintenance -Support continuous improvement of ticketing and service delivery processesSLA Adherence &amp; response times Ticket Accuracy &amp; CompletenessPay: Up to QAR4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Ticketing Officer

&sect; Must hold a certification in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Safety Management, or Security, or an equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).&sect; Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA.&sect; ISO 45001 (Occupational Health &amp; Safety)&sect; NFPA (Fire Safety Standards)&sect; Proficient in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)&sect; Minimum 10 years of experience in managing QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment).&sect; Experience working on projects with a similar scope, preferably approved by relevant authorities.&sect; Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and monitoring site activities.&sect; Ability to communicate and coordinate with departments, client representatives, suppliers, and stakeholders.&sect; Full compliance with international standards and regulations applicable in Qatar, such as:&sect; Good knowledge of developing, implementing, and managing administrative systems and plans for risk, health, safety, and environment.&sect; Experience in delivering training courses related to QHSE for staff and technicians.&sect; Self-motivated, able to work independently without supervision.&sect; Ability to plan, organize, and supervise multiple teams, when required.&sect; Experience in quality management system audits and inspection processes.&sect; Experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in projects of similar size locally.&sect; Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare reports and presentations.&sect; Good communication and interpersonal skills.Pay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
