A Toe Truck Company is seeking a sharp, dependable, and highly organized Secretary /Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations at our Parker headquarters.This is a key position at the center of our operation, ideal for someone who thrives in afast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.You&rsquo;ll work closely with leadership, dispatch, and customers, playing a direct role in maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction across the company.Responsibilities:● Provide administrative support to leadership and office operations● Answer phones, manage communication, and assist customers professionally● Draft emails, documents, reports, and internal communications● Process vehicle and property releases in compliance with agency requirements● Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation● Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and internal teams● Assist with contracts, invoicing, and general office workflow● Support daily office functions including scanning, emailing, and organization● Perform additional duties as assigned in a dynamic environmentWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For● Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience● Strong communication skills (verbal &amp; written)● Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize● Detail-oriented and dependable● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment● Proficient with basic office equipment and computer systems● Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and agencies● Clean background checkBonus Points:Experience in towing, impound, logistics, or high-volume service environments.Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
