We're a busy tire shop looking for a skilled chassis and suspension specialist to join our team. You'll be the go-to expert for everything from the wheels down &mdash; steering, suspension, brakes, and front-end work. Engine and drivetrain work is not part of this role. If you know your way around a lift, take pride in clean work, and can keep up with a fast-paced shop floor, we want to hear from you.What you'll work onFront-end suspension systemsStruts, shocks, springsControl arms &amp; ball jointsTie rods &amp; steering linkageBrake systems (disc &amp; drum)Brake pads, rotors, calipersBrake fluid flush &amp; bleedWheel alignment (preferred)Requirements<ul><li>★Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in suspension, front-end, and brake repair</li><li>★Proven ability to diagnose steering, suspension, and brake issues accurately</li><li>★Experience with a variety of domestic and import vehicles</li><li>★Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop environment</li><li>★Valid driver's license required</li><li>+Wheel alignment experience is a strong plus (Hunter or similar equipment)</li><li>+ASE certification preferred but not required</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
