<div>Social Media Marketer (Independent Contractor) 

A-Z Creativity LLC is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer to help grow our online presence and connect with families in our community. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can translate the joy, imagination, and learning happening in our art classes and camps into engaging digital content.

This is a remote independent contractor position with consistent weekly work and collaborative planning. 
Scope of Work
<ul>
<li>Create 3 social media posts per week</li>
<li>Produce 2 short-form videos/reels per week</li>
<li>Design posts that prioritize audience engagement while staying true to the A-Z Creativity brand voice</li>
<li>Develop a strategic plan for marketing to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness 
</li>
<li>Use photos, videos, and promotional materials provided by the company</li>
<li>Write polished captions that are clear, engaging, and grammatically correct</li>
<li>Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms</li></ul> 


Weekly Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Participate in a brief (15 minute) Monday check-in meeting to review analytics, plan the week&rsquo;s content, and align on strategy</li>
<li>Incorporate feedback and adjust content to support current promotions, camps, and programs</li></ul>

Ideal Candidate
<ul>
<li>Experience managing social media accounts for small businesses, creative brands, or education programs</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills</li>
<li>Experience creating engaging short-form video content</li>
<li>Comfortable collaborating and receiving feedback</li>
<li>Organized and able to maintain a consistent posting schedule</li></ul>
