We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment, machinery and facilities operate safely and efficiently. The role involves leading a team of technicians, planning preventive maintenance, and resolving breakdowns to minimize downtime.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in day-to-day activities.</li><li>Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure smooth,</li><li>Plan and implement preventive &amp; predictive maintenance schedules.</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.</li><li>Support the Installation and commissioning of new equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve reliability.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.</li><li>3-4 years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team handling.</li><li>Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.</li><li>Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>To Apply: Send your Resume to Amrit@aafoodfactory.com Or WhatsApp on 7743146300Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
