Social Media Content for the UK Market<ul><li>Create visually compelling posts, reels, animated content, and promotional materials tailored for UK-based customers, industries, and market preferences.</li><li>Collaborate with the Operations &amp; Marketing team to design and execute UK-specific social media campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launch visuals.</li><li>Ensure all visuals follow UK industry design trends, marketing styles, and audience expectations.</li></ul>3. Branding &amp; Visual Consistency<ul><li>Maintain a consistent brand identity across all UK-focused platforms, including graphics, colours, tone, and content style.</li><li>Regularly update packaging templates, brand assets, and marketing visuals to support UK sales and marketing strategies.</li></ul>4. Digital Asset &amp; Content Management<ul><li>Maintain a structured and updated digital asset library with proper naming conventions, version control, and category organization.</li><li>Prepare UK market&ndash;specific digital content, including: (website banners, Newsletters, Reels)</li></ul>5. Video Production &amp; Editing<ul><li>Edit, and enhance high-quality video reels highlighting products, packaging processes, customer testimonials, or creative concepts.</li><li>Use advanced editing techniques (transitions, effects, animations, overlays, music syncing) to meet modern UK social media trends.</li><li>Optimise video formats for different platforms and ensure high output quality.</li></ul>6. Market Research &amp; Creative Innovation<ul><li>Stay updated with UK packaging market trends, competitor creatives, and modern digital design aesthetics.</li><li>Research new design techniques, tools, and content styles to keep the company competitive in the UK market.</li><li>Experiment with new ideas to increase visual appeal and engagement.</li></ul>7. Collaboration &amp; Communication<ul><li>Work closely with the UK marketing team, operations team, and management to understand campaign needs and deliver high-quality creative assets.</li><li>Provide creative input for marketing strategies, product promotions, and visual communication improvements.</li></ul>8. Content Scheduling &amp; Publishing<ul><li>Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across UK-focused platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.</li></ul>Technical Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools for both static and video design.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphics, packaging design experience, and creative video reels.</li><li>Expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and reel creation tailored to UK social media trends.</li><li>Strong understanding of UK design preferences, packaging material visuals, and product presentation styles.</li><li>Solid knowledge of typography, colour psychology, layout design, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.</li><li>Ability to deliver high-quality creatives under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.</li><li>Experience using social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in proposing new design ideas.</li></ul>Hours of Work40 hours per week.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
