AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for an experienced full-time Retail Sales Associate ! Check out what AAA can offer you:
<ul><li>The starting base compensation for this position is $15.54 to $19.88 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
</li><li>This position is eligible to earn incentive pay , with an average payout of $162.00 - $389.00 per month.
</li><li>Store hours from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 2PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week
</li><li>No Sundays!
</li><li>Full-Time Retail Associates can accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during your first year.

What our Retail Sales Associates do:
<ul><li>Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
</li><li>Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
</li><li>Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
</li><li>Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
</li></ul>What you will need:
<ul><li>Required previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
</li><li>Showcase effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
</li><li>Navigate multiple websites and programs with ease, demonstrating proficiency in computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
</li><li>Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
</li><li>Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required
</li><li>Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.

What We Offer:
<ul><li>Competitive Pay: $23.60 - 30.00/hour flat rate. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
</li><li>Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.
</li><li>Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 &ndash; $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
</li><li>Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays &amp; Saturdays are often required). Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs.
</li><li>Training &amp; Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!
</li></ul>Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician C:
<ul><li>Routinely perform diagnostics and repair work in the following areas: suspension and steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control work), electrical, heating/air conditioning, other jobs as assigned.
</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.
</li><li>Maintain a clean, well-organized work area.
</li><li>Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures as outlined in the safety information supplied by each equipment manufacturer and corporate safety policies.
</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:
<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs.
</li><li>ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in at least three categories: Suspension &amp; Steering, Brakes and Heating &amp; Air Conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months &ndash; paid for by AAA).
</li><li>Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
</li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.
</li><li>Authorized to work in the USA.
</li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
