SUMMARY
This role is responsible for the execution of Club-Owned Repair strategy. Representing the brand to the marketplace, reinforcing the trust and integrity it represents. This includes delivering amazing Member Experience every time by recruiting and developing talent in all roles of the store(s). Exceeding revenue targets by generating customer referrals and forming strategic partnerships with Branch Operations and tow providers. Coaching and training to ensure quality of service and effectiveness of repair work. Disciplined business management of P&amp;L with full oversight of income and expense. Ensuring safety and compliance in all aspects of the business of auto repair as set forth by leadership, local and State governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES<ul><li>
Develops strategic and tactical plans for business expansion opportunities. This includes preparing annual budgets and business plans, additional financial, market and business analysis as needed.</li><li>
Responsible for executing behavioral tactics to achieve established goals.</li><li>
Works closely with Emergency Road Service and AAA Managers to ensure effective support of repair operations.</li><li>
In partnership with leadership, develop marketing campaigns, promotional copy and tracks success.</li><li>
Collaboratively supports others lines of business to develop and coordinate opportunities to maximize COR&rsquo;s exposure and supports cross-sell product opportunities.</li><li>
Plans, recruits and selects the talent required to grow the business.</li><li>
Provides active, engaged leadership through behavioral coaching and mentoring.</li><li>
Conducts performance evaluation and performance management activities for employees.</li><li>
Champion of Team Member engagement ensuring all Team Members understand how their work is connected and important to corporate strategy.</li><li>
Understands and manages to a profit and loss statement. Manages activities to drive results.</li><li>
Reviews metrics to determine efficiencies and recommend products, solutions and best practices.</li><li>
Responsible for large vendor relationships and commercial business offers.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS<ul><li>
Highly developed leadership skills, quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively - verbal and written.</li><li>
Strong change management skills and the ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity.</li><li>
Ability to work cross-functionally across many business units and functions.</li><li>
Financial management experience, proficient math skills and adept at statistical analysis.</li><li>
Ability to write and execute business and financial plans.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.</li><li>
Automotive/mechanical background (preferred).</li><li>
Ability to drive vehicles equipped with manual transmission (preferred)</li><li>

EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES<ul><li>
5+ years Industry experience in providing repair, maintenance, and/or emergency road services for passenger and/or commercial vehicles (preferred).</li><li>
5+ years management or leadership experience (Does not have to be in addition to 5+ years industry experience, above).</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).</li><li>

Summary:
Sales Agents serve our Members by selling Property &amp; Casualty and Roadside Assistance insurance that meets the Member&rsquo;s needs.
*This is an on-site position at our Peoria Branch.* 
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insured&rsquo;s and grow our overall insurance book of business. Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.</li><li>
Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and as assigned by the Insurance Associate&rsquo;s manager.</li><li>
Conducts an insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products. Uses provided tools and applicable underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend appropriate products and related coverage, quote, bind and issue policies.</li><li>
Consistently provides all Members with a sales and service experience that enhances the member&rsquo;s affinity to the AAA brand and results in greater member satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>
Proactively solicits and markets to business and/or community events, performs outbound calling, works marketing lists, and cross-sells/up-sells new and existing customers.</li><li>
Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance products and membership.</li><li>
Researches and resolves customer service issues. Often assists the insured in initiating the first notice of loss on claims.</li></ul> 
Education &amp; Experience/Licenses &amp; Certifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.</li><li>
2 to 4 years of sales experience preferred.</li><li>
Currently possesses, or has the ability to acquire unrestricted state issued license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance within twenty-one (21) calendar days of start date. Depending on start date, active property and casualty license(s) may be required.</li></ul>
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time. May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.<ul><li></li></ul>

Often assists the insured in initiating the first notice of loss on claims.</li></ul> 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 
<ul><li>Strong sales skills with a history of effectively developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads.</li><li>Advanced consultative selling techniques utilizing thorough product knowledge.</li><li>Knowledge of desktop systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office software applications.</li></ul> 

Education &amp; Experience/Licenses &amp; Certification 
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.</li><li>3 to 5 years of relevant insurance industry work experience required.</li><li>Possess active and unrestricted state issued license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance.</li></ul></div><ul><li></li></ul>
This is a commission based role on top of guaranteed hourly base rate of pay of $17.50 plus commission/bonus. Potential compensation range could average from $90,000 - $250,000.</div>
