Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ products.</li><li>Manage and direct install crew members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.</li><li>Review job specifications, load calculations, and blueprints to ensure accurate system placement and design.</li><li>Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer guidelines, and company quality expectations.</li><li>Perform system start-up, testing, commissioning, and homeowner walkthroughs upon completion.</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers, explaining system operation and answering questions.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and project management to confirm materials and scheduling.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while protecting customer property.</li><li>Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers to support skill development and team growth.</li><li>Identify and communicate any job scope changes, challenges, or additional opportunities.</li><li>Complete all required job documentation accurately in company software (e.g., ServiceTitan).</li><li>Uphold company safety standards and OSHA compliance at all times.</li><li>Other job duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.</li><li>EPA Certification required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and local code.</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing install crews.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record.</li><li>Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions.</li><li>Professional, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.</li></ul></div>

Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and oversee daily operations of HVAC installation teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability.</li><li>Manage scheduling and coordination of installation jobs with dispatch and operations teams.</li><li>Train, coach, and develop install technicians and crews to improve performance and workmanship.</li><li>Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.</li><li>Monitor job performance, labor efficiency, and material usage to maintain profitability.</li><li>Conduct job site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for complex installations.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate job scopes, pricing, and customer expectations.</li><li>Manage customer experience by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the install process.</li><li>Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Oversee inventory needs and coordinate with warehouse for materials and equipment.</li><li>Track and manage team performance, KPIs, and departmental goals.</li><li>Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of installation team members.</li><li>Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Perform additional leadership and operational duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience with leadership experience preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, load calculations, and local codes.</li><li>Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop installation teams.</li><li>Experience managing KPIs such as job efficiency, labor cost, and installation quality.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex installation issues.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Experience working with dispatch, sales, and operations teams.</li><li>Proficient in job management software (ServiceTitan preferred).</li></ul></div>
