Position Summary:
The Leader Effectiveness Consultant strengthens leader follow-through at scale by building practical leader enablement infrastructure and driving consistent adoption of action planning and accountability routines. This role helps leaders interpret employee listening results, translate insights into high-quality action plans, and sustain progress through reinforcement, coaching, and clear standards. The Consultant designs tiered enablement support for leaders, monitors adoption and plan quality, and partners with Organizational Intelligence and culture teams so leader actions align to the most important workforce signals and enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Own the action planning enablement approach, including standards for plan quality, leader guidance, and support resources.
</li><li>Provide tiered leader enablement, including targeted coaching for priority leaders and scalable self-service tools for broader populations.
</li><li>Facilitate leader working sessions that translate listening results into clear commitments, owners, and follow-through plans.
</li><li>Monitor action plan adoption, quality indicators, and follow-through patterns; recommend improvements and escalation where appropriate.
</li><li>Partner with Organizational Intelligence to convert key insights into leader-ready recommended actions and decision support.
</li><li>Partner with Culture Systems workflows to ensure tracking, reminders, and leader access operate reliably.
</li><li>Build reusable resources (job aids, playbooks, templates) that improve leader capability and reduce dependence on one-off support.
</li><li>Support integration of leader practices into broader change efforts so expectations are reinforced beyond the action planning window.

Required
Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
</li></ul>Experience:
<ul><li>6 years of experience in leader enablement, OD, coaching, change management, or internal consulting required.
</li><li>Experience designing scalable enablement systems and influencing leader behavior across a large leader population preferred.
</li></ul>Skills:
<ul><li>Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a practical orientation and credibility with leaders.
</li><li>Ability to translate data and feedback into clear, usable leader actions and standards.
</li><li>Comfort with accountability mechanisms and quality assurance in a constructive, leader-supportive way.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.

</li></ul>A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Branch Customer Service Representative
The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective Member Representative I&rsquo;s or Branch Customer Service Representatives who can promote ACG products and services, promote customer satisfaction, and participate in office events to help generate revenue by improving member awareness of products. As the face of our branch, you will greet our customers and provide peace of mind by servicing their needs.
<ul><li>Provide sales and support services to members including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages, etc.) and (some) banking products.
</li></ul><ul><li>Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information
</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agent when appropriate
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide cashiering services to members which includes taking and processing payments for insurance policies (installment, lapse or reinstatement), travel and sale of tickets, and travel money products, processing remittance/depository transfers and balancing cash drawer
</li></ul><ul><li>Receive and resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management in complaint resolution when appropriate
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products
</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as assigned
