Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Vehicle Inspector to join our team. This role involves inspecting and documenting various vehicle types, including Boats, RVs, Motorcycles, Powersports, Heavy-Duty Trucks, and Automobiles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct thorough stock-in inspections and complete detailed condition reports (both cosmetic and mechanical).</li><li>Accurately document and photograph vehicle information including make, model, year, mileage, trim, options, damages, defects, wear and tear, mechanical issues, and safety concerns.</li><li>Coordinate and oversee vehicle reconditioning and mechanical repair efforts.</li><li>Move and stage vehicles throughout the facility in support of auction or sales operations.</li><li>Ensure removal of all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from vehicles.</li><li>Deliver first-class customer service in line with company values and standards.</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly; escalate issues to management as needed.</li><li>Maintain productivity goals and deliver high-quality results within established timeframes.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.</li><li>Properly care for tools, equipment, and devices, report maintenance or safety concerns to management.</li><li>Stay current on industry technologies, tools, and vehicle models.</li><li>Travel locally when required to support other company locations.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li><li>Follow all company and client protocols, compliance requirements, and confidentiality guidelines.</li></ul>

Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or ASE certification is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience in vehicle inspection, detailing, or automotive service preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cosmetic and mechanical issues.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to lift/move items as needed and work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li></ul></div>

America&rsquo;s Auto Auction Group is growing, and our Nevada auction is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to support accurate title processing and deliver exceptional customer service at one of the area&rsquo;s busiest auto auctions.
This role is vital to ensure vehicle titles are processed correctly and efficiently while supporting dealers, institutional customers, and internal teams.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Process vehicle title work accurately and efficiently</li><li>
Research and resolve missing or incorrect title documentation in a timely manner</li><li>
Complete applications to transfer title ownership</li><li>
Review, enter, and record title information into the ASI operating system</li><li>
Maintain accurate customer and title databases</li><li>
Provide customer support via phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions</li><li>
Complete assigned inventory reduction tasks and provide updates to Sales and Account Management</li><li>
Communicate issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure timely resolution</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
2&ndash;3 years of state and/or national title processing experience (preferred)</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of experience with title and salvage title requirements (preferred)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>
Ability to work in a typical office environment</li><li>
Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen</li><li>
Must be no less than 21 years of age.</li></ul>
