Job Title: Carpentry Instructor / TrainerJob Summary :We are seeking a dedicated Carpentry Instructor to deliver structured theoretical and practical training to students in a vocational/skill-development environment. The role emphasizes classroom instruction, demonstration of techniques, safety training, and mentoring learners to meet industry standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver classroom and workshop-based instruction in carpentry fundamentals, tools, materials, and techniques.</li><li>Teach students how to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches.</li><li>Explain measurement methods, calculations, and material estimation procedures.</li><li>Demonstrate carpentry processes for learning purposes, including cutting, shaping, finishing, and assembling components.</li><li>Train students on safety practices, tool handling, and workshop discipline as per industry norms.</li><li>Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Support skill-based learning aligned with vocational and industry requirements.</li><li>Maintain training equipment, tools, and workshop resources.</li><li>Assist in inspections, minor maintenance, and upkeep of training facilities as required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in carpentry with a strong inclination toward teaching and training.</li><li>Sound knowledge of modern carpentry tools, materials, and instructional techniques.</li><li>Ability to read, interpret, and explain technical drawings and documents.</li><li>Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.</li><li>Commitment to safety standards and quality training delivery.</li><li>Good physical condition suitable for a training environment.</li><li>ITI (Carpentry) certification preferred.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Completion of a recognized carpentry apprenticeship program is required.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in carpentry and/or vocational training.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
