Key Responsibilities:1. Production Management<ul><li>Oversee all production operations for indoor and outdoor advertising projects.</li><li>Ensure quality control and adherence to approved specifications.</li><li>Follow up on workshop and site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Monitor the availability of materials and coordinate with procurement.</li></ul>2. Planning &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Prepare production schedules and allocate tasks to the relevant teams.</li><li>Plan project timelines according to client requirements and company capacity.</li><li>Identify risks or delays and develop alternative solutions.</li></ul>3. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with the design team, sales department, and installation teams.</li><li>Communicate with clients and engineers for technical clarifications when needed.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.</li></ul>4. Project Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track project progress daily and submit regular status reports.</li><li>Document production stages and update management with completed work.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and site standards.</li></ul>5. Team Leadership<ul><li>Supervise production staff, site teams, and technicians.</li><li>Train and motivate the team to improve performance and efficiency.</li><li>Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in advertising production (preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of printing materials, signboards, fabrication, and installation.</li><li>Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Office, workshop, and site visits as required.</li><li>Direct interaction with clients, engineers, suppliers, and production teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
