Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented In-House Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations, maintaining brand consistency, and creating engaging marketing collateral. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the English language (both written and verbal) and possess a strong foundation in graphic design to produce high-quality internal and external materials. This position requires a Monday to Saturday commitment from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Coordination &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events).</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.</li><li>Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring all activities are launched on time.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, etc.) and external vendors/agencies as needed.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Design:<ul><li>Design and create marketing collateral, including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, flyers, presentations, and internal documents, using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).</li><li>Craft clear, compelling, and grammatically correct English copy for social media, email marketing, website updates, and promotional materials.</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and online activities, preparing regular reports for management.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer behavior.</li><li>Maintain and organize digital marketing assets and reporting data.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Logistics:<ul><li>Provide essential administrative support to the marketing department.</li><li>Organize and manage inventory of promotional materials.</li><li>Assist in the logistics and promotion of marketing events, trade shows, or webinars.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Work Hours: Must be available to work a Monday to Saturday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.</li><li>Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for professional communication and content creation.</li><li>Design Skills: Proven proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva) and a strong visual aesthetic.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>1-3 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (Social Media, SEO basics, Email Marketing).</li><li>A proactive, creative problem-solver who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with specific marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, CMS like WordPress).</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
