Key Responsibilities1. Tendering &amp; OffersIdentify and track tenders relevant to real estate/construction.Prepare bid documents, cost sheets, and proposals.Draft offers, counter-offers, and interest letters for prospective clients/investors.2. Feasibility AnalysisConduct market and financial feasibility studies for projects.Prepare cash flow projections and assess ROI.Work with finance &amp; project teams to evaluate land/project viability.3. Documentation &amp; ComplianceDraft, review, and manage MoUs, LOIs, NOCs, and legal documentation.Ensure tender submissions and offers meet regulatory &amp; company standards.Maintain a systematic document management system.4. CoordinationLiaise between legal, finance, architects, contractors, and clients.Ensure smooth flow of approvals and documentation.---Ideal ProfileQualification: MBA (Finance/Real Estate/Construction Management) or Civil Engineering background with business exposure.Experience: 3&ndash;7 years in real estate, construction, or infrastructure (preferably in tendering &amp; contracts).Skills:Strong drafting &amp; communication skills (letters, offers, contracts).Financial modeling &amp; feasibility study knowledge.Understanding of real estate laws, RERA, and compliance.Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document management.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Sr. Tender Executive

<ul><li>Export Orders : Collate incoming export orders, coordinate orders with the production team and logistics supplier. Ensure proper implementation of changes and additions to orders across various teams. Engage in efficient communication between productions teams and documentation teams so as to maintain updated and accurate order records.</li><li>Documentation : Prepare export documentation including Proforma invoice, Detailed Invoice &amp; Packing lists, Phytosanitary certificates, licenses and all other necessary documents required.</li><li>Logistics : Plan and organize shipments, coordinate with both Production teams and freight forwarders.</li><li>Customer service : Address customer inquiries, provide product information, analyse incoming orders and give confirmations to customers of orders received and recorded. Overall management of customer relations</li><li>Troubleshooting : Sort out any problems with exports.</li><li>Minimum 3 - 5 years of working as an export executive - operation team is must.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
