SENIOR ARCHITECTThe ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of work experience. He/she should be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary consultants to ensure timely execution.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate with all the consultants like MEP, Landscape, RCC, designing architect and various other architects involved in an project.</li><li>Should have in depth knowledge of DCPR 2034.</li><li>Should have previously worked under various redevelopment schemes like 33 (7) 33 (5) 33 (5B) 33 (10) 33 (11)</li><li>Should co-ordinate with project managers and site team</li><li>Should know how to create an feasibility report, and has been part of society presentations, land acquisition.</li><li>Should review the drawings and give necessary comments.</li><li>Should have completed an project from start to end</li><li>Should have knowledge of various compliances involved in a project like stages of approvals, certificates.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's / MA degree in architecture</li><li>5+ years of experience in construction and architecture</li><li>Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
