Qualification: Any Law Graduate/ or Graduate With relevant ExperiencePosition : Legal Executive / Manager - Real Estate Developer CompanyExperience: 5 Years++&middot; Responsibility of A Legal Executive in an Ahmedabad builder company primarily to provides legal support by drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance (especially RERA), researching legal matters, and managing legal documentation related to construction projects and property transactions. Key responsibilities include negotiating terms with suppliers and customers, advising management on risk, and assisting with dispute resolution and litigation processes. .<ul><li>Contract Management:Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements such as vendor agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, and customer/supplier contracts.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Regulatory Affairs:Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those specific to real estate in Gujarat, such as the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).</li><li>Document Management:Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents, contracts, and legal filings.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Legal Drafting &amp; Research:The ability to draft clear legal documents and perform thorough legal research.</li><li>Contract Negotiation:Skill in negotiating favorable terms and conditions with various parties.</li><li>Regulatory Knowledge:Understanding of construction and real estate-specific laws, particularly RERA.</li><li>Communication:Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and information to make sound legal decisions.</li><li>Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Word for legal document creation.</li></ul>&middot; Accountable for providing accurate Information and updates information to managements in time.Salary (CTC) : 5.00 Lac - 8.00 Lac P.A.++Interview Schedule: EarliestJoining - EarliestJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal Executive in a Real Estate Builders Company: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
