<ul>
<li>Assist in various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in the performance evaluation program for the non-exempt team in Conway, SC.</li>
<li>Assist in benefits administration function, which will include claims resolution, change reporting, verification of invoices for payment and employee communication.</li>
<li>Backup, if needed, for maintaining affirmative action program and coordinating the filing associated with the program.</li>
<li>Conduct new hire orientations as needed.</li>
<li>Handle employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling and exit interviews.</li>
<li>Responds to employee relation issues included but not limited to, employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints.</li>
<li>Represents the company for unemployment claims when HR Manager is unavailable.</li>
<li>Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.</li>
<li>Assists in continual improvement efforts of the department.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.</li>
<li>Complete any additional duties as assigned by the manager.</li>
<li>Report Monday through Friday, onsite, 8am &ndash; 5pm from late May through early October 2026.</li>

requirements
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED</li>
<li>0-2 years of experience in human resources, or related experience</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).</li>

compensation and benefits

The hourly rate for this role is $25 per hour. As a full-time role, the temp will observe our company&rsquo;s 12 paid holidays, generous paid time off, and competitive full suite benefits package.
