Customer Support SpecialistJob OverviewAaniie is one of the world&rsquo;s fastest-growing home care software providers and we are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, to help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience that reflects our commitment to quality and service excellence.Position DescriptionYou are a high-energy, people person that loves to help people solve problems and be the face of Aaniie. As a critical part of Aaniie&rsquo;s Customer Support team, you will be the first contact point of our customer's questions, handling inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, live chat, and email. You will use your system expertise to guide and educate the customers through various self-help options and articles, performing logical troubleshooting, and software support. Using Zoho Desk and CRM, accurately documenting call engagements and confirming issue resolution with customers. And above all, you are always striving to make our customers happier!What We&rsquo;re Looking for in You&middot; High-performance individual who treats customer service as their professional calling&middot; Ability to effectively work independently, report daily activities &amp; communicate effectively&middot; The ability to diagnose and solve complex problems on the fly using critical thinking and persuasion&middot; High Integrity, Organized, Punctual, and Reliable. Must maintain a regular work schedule.&middot; Software troubleshooting and configuration experience&middot; Persuasive communication skills, verbal, written, and presentationPreferred Qualifications:&middot; A great attitude and a team player.
