Marketing-DownstreamRole &ndash; Marketing Director &ndash; Demand GenerationLocation &ndash; Eau Claire, WisconsinRole Type - Full-Time Role &mdash; RemoteTravel &ndash; Ability to Travel Occasionally Role OverviewThe Downstream Marketing Director is responsible for transforming Aaniie&rsquo;s product capabilities into compelling stories, campaigns, and adoption programs&mdash;while also serving as a key driver of top-of-funnel growth and customer lifecycle marketing, product adoption, segmentation, messaging, and ensuring that revenue teams (sales, CS, partnerships) are fully enabled. This role blends downstream product marketing excellence with demand generation leadership to increase market awareness, accelerate pipeline creation, and strengthen Aaniie&rsquo;s presence in the senior care and childcare markets.This leader will own post-launch go&#8209;to&#8209;market execution, customer lifecycle programs, and usage/adoption strategies, while also partnering closely with Growth and Sales to run targeted demand generation campaigns, ABM programs, and thought leadership initiatives. Success in this role means increasing qualified pipeline, driving product engagement, strengthening customer advocacy, and elevating Aaniie&rsquo;s brand visibility.Key Responsibilities&middot; Demand Generation &amp; Top-of-Funnel Growth&middot; Go-to-Market &amp; Launch Execution&middot; Customer Lifecycle &amp; Adoption&middot; Positioning &amp; Storytelling&middot; Sales &amp; CS Enablement&middot; Market &amp; Customer Insights&middot; Campaigns &amp; Revenue ImpactWhat You'll Do&middot; Develop &amp; Execute Strategy: Design and manage comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategies (including digital, ABM, email, webinars, SEO/SEM, and events/tradeshows) to achieve Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets.&middot; Lead Generation &amp; Nurturing: Build and optimize the marketing funnel. Implement sophisticated lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the buyer's journey, from awareness to conversion.&middot; Sales Enablement &amp; Downstream Focus: Act as the primary marketing partner to the sales team. Develop and deliver high-impact sales tools, including case studies, product sheets, competitive battlecards, and presentations that align with the sales process.&middot; Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.&middot; Data &amp; Analytics: Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Continuously measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
