Position: Warehouse ManagerLocation: 56/11, Garthi Khurd, Bakoli, Alipur, New Delhi &ndash; 110036 Type: Full-time, On-site (Residential Quarters Available) Reporting To: Head &ndash; Operations and Accounts (Head Office, Sector 23, Dwarka)ObjectiveTo manage and oversee the complete operations of the warehouse &mdash; including goods receipt, dispatch, stock and quality control, staff supervision, and daily reporting &mdash; ensuring smooth and accurate functioning of all activities at the Alipur facility.Key Responsibilities1. Goods Receipt and Dispatch<ul><li>Supervise the inward and outward movement of goods on a daily basis.</li><li>Verify quantities, product codes, packaging, and physical condition of received goods.</li><li>Ensure every dispatch is properly documented with invoices, challans, and transporter slips.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters, store managers, and the head office for dispatch planning.</li></ul>2. Stock Management and Inventory Control<ul><li>Maintain daily inward, outward, and closing stock records accurately.</li><li>Conduct weekly physical stock verification and match with ERP/Excel data.</li><li>Immediately report any shortages, damages, or mismatches in stock.</li><li>Organize storage systematically by category and SKU, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.</li></ul>3. Quality and Process Control<ul><li>Perform routine quality checks on all received and outgoing goods.</li><li>Inspect packaging, labeling, expiry dates, and product condition (especially for grains, dry fruits, and masalas).</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the warehouse premises.</li><li>Ensure the warehouse environment is suitable for product preservation.</li></ul>4. Documentation and Reporting<ul><li>Maintain complete and up-to-date records of inward/outward registers, gate passes, bills, and challans.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts team for verification of purchase entries and stock reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily dispatch summaries, damage reports, and stock statements.</li><li>Ensure timely data entry and accuracy in ERP or Excel systems.</li></ul>5. Team Management and Supervision<ul><li>Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, loaders, and accountants.</li><li>Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.</li><li>Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and accountability.</li><li>Conduct weekly safety and efficiency meetings for performance improvement.</li></ul>6. Operational Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate closely with the procurement, accounts, and sales departments.</li><li>Report operational issues, shortages, or damage immediately to the Head Office.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of reports:</li><li>Daily: Dispatch and stock reports</li><li>Weekly: Stock verification and variance summary</li><li>Monthly: Comprehensive warehouse performance report</li></ul>Experience Required<ul><li>Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor in a warehouse or distribution setup.</li><li>Strong operational and managerial skills in inventory control, logistics, and team handling.</li><li>Experience with Excel or ERP-based inventory systems.</li><li>Highly organized, disciplined, and responsible professional attitude.</li></ul>\\ salary based on experience and performance.Residential Quarters Available within or near the warehouse premises.Working Hours10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Location: 56/11, Garthi Khurd, Bakoli, Alipur, New Delhi &ndash; 110036Performance KPIs<ul><li>Zero stock mismatch during audits</li><li>Accurate and on-time dispatches</li><li>Consistent and timely report submissions</li><li>Minimum damage or return ratio</li><li>High warehouse hygiene and discipline score</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;13,957.67 - &#8377;48,425.11 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
