Job description:Location: West HyderabadJob DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients (leads and appointments provided by the company), offering suitable solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet prospective clients for assessment and present tailored solutions based on their requirements.</li><li>Prepare customised quotations and proposals aligned with client needs and specifications.</li><li>Address and resolve customer feedback, complaints, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate strong work ethics in all professional interactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of meetings, client interactions, and sales follow-ups.</li><li>Actively travel within assigned territories to generate business and maintain client relationships.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of field sales experience (experience in the paint industry, Interior, is a bonus).</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.</li><li>Ability to handle client objections, conflicts and provide quick resolutions.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.</li><li>Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of field sales experience (experience in the paint industry, Interior, is a bonus).</li><li>Age Should be between 20-33 year</li><li>Must have Two wheeler </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Good English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
