Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and support the Board of Directors with effective corporate governance. The ideal candidate should have 2&ndash;5 years of post-qualification experience in handling secretarial and compliance matters.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.</li><li>Prepare, draft, and maintain statutory records, registers, and filings (ROC, MCA, etc.).</li><li>Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes.</li><li>Handle filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory forms.</li><li>Advise management and the Board on corporate governance and compliance issues.</li><li>Liaise with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders for compliance-related matters.</li><li>Assist in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.</li><li>Ensure timely compliance with SEBI/Stock Exchange requirements (if applicable).</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of corporate laws and compliance.</li><li>Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (ACS).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in corporate/secretarial function.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
