We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-turnover restaurants within the F&amp;B sector and a solid understanding of cost control processes, inventory management, and supplier coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits and variance analysis</li><li>Ensure cost effectiveness in procurement and storage procedures</li><li>Analyze sales data and forecast consumption trends</li><li>Work closely with purchasing and kitchen teams to optimize resource use</li><li>Prepare accurate cost and profit analysis reports</li><li>Enforce compliance with internal financial policies and controls</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of F&amp;B cost control experience in the UAE</li><li>Experience working in high-turnover restaurant operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory, costing software, and Excel</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage</li></ul>If you meet the above criteria and are passionate about numbers and the food industry, we would love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Cost Controller (F&amp;B): 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
