We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our West Bend location. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and highly organized, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.Work: Monday/Wednesday/Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Thursday; 8:00 a.m. - Noon. This position is for 20-25 hours per week and offers the potential for additional hours based on business needs, as well as flexibility.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians</li><li>Perform general office duties including filing, typing, email correspondence, and billing.</li><li>Other administrative tasks as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous office experience required; clerical experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li><li>Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus</li></ul>If you are an organized and motivated individual looking to join a supportive team, we encourage you to apply!Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
