Treasury is responsible for the cash and investment management activities of the AARP enterprise. This includes maintaining sufficient liquidity for operating needs, maximizing earnings on investments within policy guidelines and efficiently processing daily transactions.</div><div></div><div><br>
The <b>Investment Analyst</b> assists with the management of a broadly diversified portfolio including investments in various asset classes such as public equity, fixed income, hedge funds, private equity, real assets and private credit. Compile data and prepare reports on portfolio valuations, holdings, fees, other investment information, for use by investment staff, committees, and boards. Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence on existing and prospective funds.
</div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Research, analyze, and evaluate investment opportunities in various asset classes leading to preparation of investment recommendations.<br>
</li><li>
Assist in due diligence by coordinating manager meetings, preparing relevant reports in advance of investment manager meetings, attending annual meetings or onsite meetings, and documenting meeting notes.<br>
</li><li>
Conduct quantitative performance/risk analysis on portfolio and investments.<br>
</li><li>
Conduct research on trending topics by gathering and summarizing data, writing whitepapers.<br>
</li><li>
Prepare investment materials for Investment Committee members, Board members, and internal/external stakeholders<br>
</li><li>
Act as a liaison between the investment team and external consultants in order to prepare monthly and quarterly data feeds needed by our consultants.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience.<br>
</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.<br>
</li><li>
Strong communication skills with all levels of management and stakeholders.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

 The Procurement Operations Manager serves as the main liaison within Procurement Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Office of General Counsel and Financial Systems teams, ensuring consistent collaboration and clear communication. They are responsible for coordinating activities and planning related to the Procurement for the Foundation including supporting operational compliance, managing the process of collecting and analyzing procurement data, and the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Tactically, this also includes executing on key procurement responsibilities including reviewing requisitions and SOW content, entering data into procurement systems, processing POs and promptly addressing escalations. They also serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Third-Party Security Program and the Independent Contractor program. The Procurement Operations Manager is also responsible for making improvements to existing procurement processes and developing solutions that lead to measurable improvements for stakeholders and the overall Foundation.

Reviews and reports on achievement of performance versus strategic plans. Advises and recommends strategies based on reviews.

Establishes project communication plans and ensures internal/external stakeholders are informed regarding project processes and impact.

   Evaluates existing programs to identify improvements and to measure outcomes. Analyzes and tests current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency. Collects data, performs root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions according to the current and future needs of the business. Assists in the development and delivering of training programs or presentations and recommends program revisions.
