Experience: 1 to 1.5 Years Location: Vadodara (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit and produce motion graphic videos for brand campaigns, social media, events, ads, and internal communications.</li><li>Create animated graphics, transitions, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects that elevate the visual impact.</li><li>Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and content teams to conceptualize and execute video ideas.</li><li>Ensure all video content follows brand guidelines and maintains high quality and consistency.</li><li>Manage and organize project files, assets, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, websites).</li><li>Review feedback and make revisions in a timely manner.</li><li>Stay updated with motion design trends and software best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications✔ Diploma / Degree in Animation, Multimedia, Film, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred) ✔ 2+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation ✔ Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics &amp; animated video work ✔ Expert proficiency in:<ul><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Photoshop &amp; Illustrator</li></ul>✔ Familiarity with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) &mdash; a plus ✔ Strong sense of timing, rhythm, composition, and visual storytelling ✔ Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines ✔ Good communication and teamwork skills<ul><li>Preferred / Nice-to-Have</li><li>Experience with sound editing and audio mixing</li><li>Knowledge of color grading techniques</li><li>Experience creating social media content for brands</li><li>Exposure to UI animation or interactive motion design</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
