<ul><li>Research and analyze current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to create innovative designs.</li><li>Develop seasonal collections and capsule lines aligned with the brand&rsquo;s vision and market demand.</li><li>Create detailed sketches, CADs, and technical drawings for sampling and production.</li><li>Select fabrics, trims, and accessories in collaboration with the sourcing team.</li><li>Work closely with merchandisers, pattern masters, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.</li><li>Attend fittings, make corrections, and finalize product samples.</li><li>Present design concepts and mood boards to management for approval.</li><li>Maintain awareness of competitor products and evolving market trends to keep the brand competitive.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of design projects within collection calendars.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
