We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee our company&rsquo;s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management in strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting principles.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of tax returns, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.</li><li>Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.</li><li>Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.</li><li>Basic knowledge of TDS</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
