Job Title: Placement CoordinatorLocation: Thane Timing: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers not eligible)Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator with hands-on experience in recruitment and strong knowledge of IT hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities and coordinating with companies for hiring and student placements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates</li><li>Coordinate with companies for hiring requirements, tie-ups, and placement drives</li><li>Organize campus activities, seminars, and interview sessions</li><li>Manage onboarding processes, training, and employee engagement initiatives</li><li>Conduct soft skills training (Interview preparation, Group Discussions, HR rounds)</li><li>Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation</li><li>Support internship programs and student placement activities</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>MBA in HR preferred</li><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR/placement consultancy</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Knowledge of IT hiring is mandatory</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (students &amp; companies)</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment processes</li></ul>Interested candidates can apply on the following email:geetaaastral@gmail.comPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
