We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer &amp; Social Media Executive with 1 year of experience to support our creative and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with Canva, have basic Photoshop skills, and understand how to design and post engaging content on social media to increase visibility, reach, and engagement.-Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, and promotional creatives using Canva or photoshop</li><li>Use basic Photoshop for simple edits, corrections, and resizing</li><li>Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Understand how to post for engagement &mdash; right hashtags, best posting times, catchy captions, trending formats</li><li>Develop creative ideas that align with brand identity and current trends</li><li>Maintain consistent brand styling in all designs</li><li>Write short, engaging captions for posts</li><li>Support marketing campaigns with creative input and execution</li><li>Understand and stay updated with the latest marketing and social media trends</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or social media content creation</li><li>Strong knowledge of Canva</li><li>Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Understanding of design principles (color, layout, typography, visual hierarchy)</li><li>Knowledge of how to increase social media engagement&mdash;reels, trends, hashtags, timing, captions</li><li>Ability to manage social media posting and scheduling tools</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Design, Marketing, or related field (optional)</li><li>Basic video editing skills (VN/Canva Video)</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideas or design enhancement</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
