<div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div></div>
<ul><li>Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and crown preparations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform expanded duties as permitted under California law</li></ul>
<ul><li>Take and process high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare operatories and ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory of dental supplies and materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with California dental regulations and infection control protocols.</li></ul>

<div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<div></div>
<ul><li>Current RDA license in the state of California.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Current certifications in CPR, coronal polishing, and radiation safety.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care.</li></ul>

<div><b>Preferred Skills:</b></div>

<ul><li>Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bilingual skills are a plus!</li></ul>
