The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content creation, social media trends, community engagement, and digital branding, with a flair for communication and aesthetics.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation &amp; Management:<ul><li>Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and text) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.</li><li>Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas and creatives.</li></ul>Community Engagement:<ul><li>Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally.</li><li>Build and manage relationships with followers, influencers, and brand collaborators.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul>Trend Monitoring:<ul><li>Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, viral content, and platform updates.</li><li>Suggest innovative ideas and formats to increase reach and engagement.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for shoots.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, contests, and influencer partnerships.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in managing social media for a brand or agency.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and content trends.</li><li>Creative thinking with excellent writing and visual communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).</li><li>Comfortable appearing on camera (for reels or stories), if required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
