</p></div><p>We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and deploy rapid e-learning training for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-learning authoring tools and consistently deliver high-quality work on time with attention to detail.<br>

<p></p><div><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>
eLearning Development:</b></p><ul><li>
Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate).</li><li>
Create visually appealing, interactive and e-learning content aligned with defined learning objectives.</li><li>
Test and troubleshoot e-learning courses to ensure optimal user experience across all platforms.</li></ul><p><b>
Instructional Design:</b></p><ul><li>
Analyse learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective instructional strategies.</li><li>
Develop storyboards, scripts, course outlines that apply adult learning principles and industry best practices.</li><li>
Continuously improve instructional content based on learner feedback and system adoption data .</li></ul><p><b>
Learning Management:</b></p><ul><li>
Upload, manage, and track e-learning using the organization&rsquo;s learning management tools.</li><li>
Monitor learner progress and generate reports to evaluate training effectiveness</li><li>
Provide technical support to users navigating e-learning programs.</li></ul><p><b>
Training intake and analysis:</b></p><ul><li>
Conduct training request intakes to collaborate with stakeholders to identify the root cause of the performance gaps.</li><li>
Evaluate stakeholder data and requests to inform learning solution recommendations.</li><li>
Propose solutions that best address organization needs, considering time, delivery method, and available resources &ndash;even when these differ from initial client requests.

</div><div><div><div><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><p><br>
</p></div><div><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
1-3 years of experience in e-learning development.</li><li>
Proven track record of successfully implementing multiple training deployments from design to deployment.</li><li>
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred</li></ul><p><b>
Education:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in User Experience, English (Communications), Corporate Training, Graphic Design, or a related field.</li></ul><p><b>
Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Proficient in e-learning development tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite).</li><li>
Strong personal accountability and effective self-management</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and resourcefulness in varied situations</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><b>
Additional Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Portfolio of work required.</li><li>
Ability to travel as needed for project requirements, approx. 10%.</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience in change management and business process re-engineering is a plus.</li></ul></div></div><div><p><b><br>
