 As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children (ages 2-14) with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their goals. You&rsquo;ll work closely with a supportive team, including a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and receive all the training you need to succeed..
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA techniques to support children with their behavioral goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect and document progress through accurate data tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in team meetings to collaborate on client care and enhance outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build meaningful relationships with children and their families, demonstrating empathy and patience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay current with ABA best practices and advancements.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma (bachelor's degree in relevant fields is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license, personal vehicle &amp; auto insurance (policy holder or name listed as a driver on policy).
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pass a background check.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days, all training provided.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated commitment to uphold and promote the company's mission, values, and ethical principles.
 </li>
 <li>
