 to join our Accounting Services team during a period of growth and transition. This role blends hands-on bookkeeping with core accounting responsibilities while supporting multiple clients in a public accounting environment.

While the initial focus is on execution and accuracy, team members who demonstrate ownership, reliability, and strong client service skills may progress into a Senior role with increased responsibility for managing work, reviewing others&rsquo; output, and working more directly with clients.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 Client Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for assigned Client Accounting Services (CAS) clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable as applicable
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Financial Reporting &amp; Close Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare standard financial statements and supporting schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Review financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and consistent delivery of client reports
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Client Support &amp; Communication
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a day-to-day accounting contact for assigned clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to client questions regarding transactions and account balances
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate complex or unusual items to senior team members when appropriate
 
 
 </li>

 Quality, Compliance &amp; Team Collaboration

 Complete work in accordance with GAAP, firm policies, and internal best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized documentation and support for all accounting activity
 </li>

 Contribute to process improvements and accounting workflow enhancements
 </li>

 Collaborate with CAS team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service

 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 2&ndash;3 years of bookkeeping experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with multiple clients or entities preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear written and verbal communication skills
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a public accounting or outsourced accounting environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar credential a plus
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Work Environment &amp; Schedule
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position
 </li>
 <li>
 Monday&ndash;Friday 8 am- 5 pm schedule with built-in flexibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional hours during peak periods balanced with PTO

 This position is paid on an hourly basis using a

 performance-based incentive pay

 This role supports the Louisville, KY office. Candidates located in Louisville may be eligible for in-office, hybrid, or remote arrangements based on business needs and role requirements.
 
 
 The Branson, MO office is also hiring for this position. Candidates in Branson are required to work in-office while supporting Louisville-based clients.
