Abacus Technology is seeking a Network Administrator to manage and maintain network infrastructure in a dynamic, mission-critical environment under the US Military Training Mission (USMTM). This full-time position in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</p>
Responsibilities:
<p><b>
Network Administration:</b></p><ul><li>
Administer, install, configure, troubleshoot, test, and maintain network-related hardware, including HAIPE encryption devices, switches, routers, and transport devices.</li><li>
Utilize network monitoring and management tools to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience in overseeing and troubleshooting complex Local Area Networking (LAN) issues.</li><li>
Configure, deploy, and manage switch stacking solutions, including Cisco StackWise and StackWise Virtual Link (SVL) technologies</li><li>
Implement and troubleshoot Layer 2 network solutions, including VLAN configuration, trunking, spanning-tree protocol (STP), and inter-switch connectivity.
</li><li>Configure and manage TACLANE encryptors with the Agile-VLAN feature to enable simultaneous transmission of Layer 2 and High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE) traffic, enhancing network flexibility and efficiency.</li><li>
Implement and manage 802.1X port-based network access control to ensure secure user authentication and device validation. Configure and troubleshoot MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB) for non-802.1X-compliant devices, ensuring seamless network access while maintaining security standards.</li><li>
Utilize NetFlow to monitor and analyze network traffic patterns, identify bottlenecks, and detect potential security threats.
</li><li>Configure and manage Quality of Service (QoS) policies at the access layer to prioritize critical traffic such as voice, video, and real-time applications.
</li></ul><p><b>Collaboration and Troubleshooting:</b></p><ul><li>
Coordinate with offsite service providers (e.g., WAN, Voice, WANSEC) via Remedy/Service Now ticketing system to resolve issues with DMZs, boundary routers/switches, Cisco CUBE, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN concentrators, and encryption devices.</li><li>
Work with local base operations teams (e.g., help desk, systems, ISP/OSP) to address outages, ensuring timely restoration per established SLAs.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and coordinate VTC (Video Teleconferencing) outages with offsite bridge personnel.</li></ul><p><b>
Performance Optimization and Upgrades:</b></p><ul><li>
Perform performance monitoring, tuning, IOS upgrades, patching, backup and recovery, and problem resolution for network and voice routers/switches.</li><li>
Actively participate in the planning and design of infrastructure upgrades or enhancements.</li></ul><p><b>
Voice and Video Systems</b></p><ul><li>
Collaborate with the Voice Engineer to troubleshoot, configure, and maintain voice and video systems, ensuring seamless communication services.</li><li>
Assist with the deployment, testing, and optimization of voice and video-related hardware and software as required.</li><li>
Provide supplementary support during outages or upgrades to ensure minimal downtime</li></ul><p><b>
Risk Management and Compliance:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist in building, maintaining, and updating Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages for two ARCENT Cyber Security-administered enclaves.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) scans, and other Security Requirements Guidance.</li></ul><p><b>
Documentation and Reporting:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist in developing and completing system security documentation in accordance with RMF and eMASS workflows.</li><li>
Identify and report system risks related to network and voice hardware/software.</li></ul><p><b>
Asset Management:</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain inventory and manage life cycle replacement schedules for network infrastructure.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<p>
4+ years experience in core network services connectivity and integration. Must be Security+ and CCNA certified. CCNP certification desired. Able to adhere to a disciplined troubleshooting methodology, and ensure task/mission completion, along with creating and maintaining necessary information. Able to apply DoD and industry best practices, concerning daily network operations. Able to analyze complex inputs and translate data into well-defined system requirements. Comfortable interacting heavily with outside organizations, clients and end users to assess current state of systems and architecture, as well as future needs. Able to apply DoD and industry best practices, concerning daily network operations. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in developing and maintaining detailed network diagrams, schematics, and documentation using Microsoft Visio or similar application to ensure accurate representation of the infrastructure. Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours as needed to support unexpected issues or planned projects. Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license. Must be a US citizen, hold a current Secret clearance, and be willing to live and work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</p><p></p><p><b><i><br>

Abacus Technology is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support security and information assurance activities for Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Develop, implement, oversee, and maintain customer organization information assurance (IA) program that identifies IA requirements, personnel, processes, and procedures.
</li><li>Supervise the customer organization&rsquo;s IA program.
</li><li>Implement and enforce all Air Force IA policies and procedures using the guidance within this instruction and applicable specialized IA publications.
</li><li>Comply with the installation WCSO policy and direction.
</li><li>Ensure all users have the requisite security clearances, supervisory need-to-know authorization, and are aware of their IA responsibilities before being granted access to Air Force information systems according to AFSSI 8522.
</li><li>Ensure all users receive IA refresher training on an annual basis.
</li><li>Develop and maintain Certification and Accreditation (C&amp;A) documentation for organization-specific systems connected to the Hanscom Network.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

6+ years experience in cyber security for DoD programs. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Must be Security+ CE certified. Knowledge of C&amp;A processes and the RMF. Experience with eMASS. Knowledge of CCRI or similar functions/audits. Strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD and applicable Federal Cybersecurity Directives and Instructions. Possess excellent technical writing, critical thinking/analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge and experience communicating IA concepts to technical and nontechnical personnel. Able to develop technical documents and produce system design documentation. Must have excellent customer service skills; be able project a positive image and professional manner at all times; and be able to work within the confines of a set time schedule. Abacus Technology is seeking a SharePoint Developer to provide technical support for internal and external websites within the UCITS program (USAF). This is a full-time position in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Establish and maintain portals using Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS) administrative and management tools.</li><li>
Design, maintain, and operate a medium-size SharePoint Farm.</li><li>
Direct, develop and implement SharePoint practices for the management, sharing and collaboration of communications, information, and IT assets to improve decision-making processes within the organization.</li><li>
Develop the portal in response to customer requirements not addressed by SharePoint's intrinsic functionality.</li><li>
Recommend and implement creative and innovative SharePoint solutions to complex information sharing challenges.</li><li>
Create or modify web parts and database-driven components, including document libraries, dashboards, and work flows, to alter the appearance, functionality, or content of portal, thereby enhancing automation and communication within the organization.</li><li>
Administer, create, and manage portal groups and permissions.</li><li>
Provide expert guidance in SharePoint infrastructure.</li><li>
Create custom work flows/business process mapping.</li><li>
Implement systems, to include conceptual and detailed design, configuration, requirements process analysis, and testing.</li><li>
Review and recommend software applications as well as identify salient hardware characteristics and add-on devices.</li><li>
Leverage experience with key technologies to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Designer, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM).</li><li>
Provide additional support for after-hours Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs), and data center move planning/execution.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

5+ years in a SharePoint administration or development role. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field. Must be Security+ CE certified (or hold another certification in compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level II). Must have experience with PowerApps. Experience with MOSS, operations and maintenance for SharePoint servers, and web and knowledge management. Experience in scripting. Able to apply business process analysis and demonstrate an understanding of user and functional requirements. Proficient with MS Office. Able to communicate with management, technical staff and end users in a clear and professional manner. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen, hold a current Secret clearance, and be willing to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).</div><div><br>
