Abacus Technology is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support security and information assurance activities for Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Develop, implement, oversee, and maintain customer organization information assurance (IA) program that identifies IA requirements, personnel, processes, and procedures.
</li><li>Supervise the customer organization&rsquo;s IA program.
</li><li>Implement and enforce all Air Force IA policies and procedures using the guidance within this instruction and applicable specialized IA publications.
</li><li>Comply with the installation WCSO policy and direction.
</li><li>Ensure all users have the requisite security clearances, supervisory need-to-know authorization, and are aware of their IA responsibilities before being granted access to Air Force information systems according to AFSSI 8522.
</li><li>Ensure all users receive IA refresher training on an annual basis.
</li><li>Develop and maintain Certification and Accreditation (C&amp;A) documentation for organization-specific systems connected to the Hanscom Network.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div>
6+ years experience in cyber security for DoD programs. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Must be Security+ CE certified. Knowledge of C&amp;A processes and the RMF. Experience with eMASS. Knowledge of CCRI or similar functions/audits. Strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD and applicable Federal Cybersecurity Directives and Instructions. Possess excellent technical writing, critical thinking/analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge and experience communicating IA concepts to technical and nontechnical personnel. Able to develop technical documents and produce system design documentation. Must have excellent customer service skills; be able project a positive image and professional manner at all times; and be able to work within the confines of a set time schedule. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>

Abacus Technology is seeking a SharePoint Developer to provide technical support for internal and external websites within the UCITS program (USAF). This is a full-time position in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Establish and maintain portals using Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS) administrative and management tools.</li><li>
Design, maintain, and operate a medium-size SharePoint Farm.</li><li>
Direct, develop and implement SharePoint practices for the management, sharing and collaboration of communications, information, and IT assets to improve decision-making processes within the organization.</li><li>
Develop the portal in response to customer requirements not addressed by SharePoint's intrinsic functionality.</li><li>
Recommend and implement creative and innovative SharePoint solutions to complex information sharing challenges.</li><li>
Create or modify web parts and database-driven components, including document libraries, dashboards, and work flows, to alter the appearance, functionality, or content of portal, thereby enhancing automation and communication within the organization.</li><li>
Administer, create, and manage portal groups and permissions.</li><li>
Provide expert guidance in SharePoint infrastructure.</li><li>
Create custom work flows/business process mapping.</li><li>
Implement systems, to include conceptual and detailed design, configuration, requirements process analysis, and testing.</li><li>
Review and recommend software applications as well as identify salient hardware characteristics and add-on devices.</li><li>
Leverage experience with key technologies to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Designer, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM).</li><li>
Provide additional support for after-hours Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs), and data center move planning/execution.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

5+ years in a SharePoint administration or development role. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field. Must be Security+ CE certified (or hold another certification in compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level II). Must have experience with PowerApps. Experience with MOSS, operations and maintenance for SharePoint servers, and web and knowledge management. Experience in scripting. Able to apply business process analysis and demonstrate an understanding of user and functional requirements. Proficient with MS Office. Able to communicate with management, technical staff and end users in a clear and professional manner. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen, hold a current Secret clearance, and be willing to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).</div><div><br>
