<ul><li>Assist in planning, sourcing, and procuring raw materials, components, and services.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships; obtain quotations and negotiate for best price, quality, and delivery terms.</li><li>Raise and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Track material movement and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for inward of goods.</li><li>Ensure purchase documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes) is accurate and complete.</li><li>Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.</li><li>Analyse purchasing trends and forecast requirements in coordination with the planning team.</li><li>Assist in vendor audits and performance evaluations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.</li><li>Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in purchasing processes.</li><li>Issue Request for Quotations (RFQs), compare quotations, and negotiate prices.</li><li>Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Accounts ,Sales and SCM) to align procurement needs.</li><li>Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stock items.</li><li>Handle vendor performance evaluations and resolve vendor-related issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ISO standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
