Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Contributes as key partner for the Hub Manager in determining and developing the execution model for the Hub in alignment with the BL strategy.</li><li>Translates financial position into realistic forecasts and establishes actions and measurable targets to enhance financial return. Supervises the adherence to Internal Controls (SOX) to secure correctness of financial reporting (Atlas / ABACUS) following the applicable Group, Division and Country standards, regulations, and guidelines (incl. A&RP and USGAAP). Supports the remediation of identified deficiencies (GRCM) within the area of responsibility.</li><li>Leads, provides guidance, and facilitates best practice sharing between Local Finance Managers within the Hub in consistency with controlling practices within the BL. Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant Local Finance Managers, Finance Group functions and other internal functions to identify areas for continues improvement.</li><li>Establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, supports collection and project management activities, and handles CP agreement and authorization across the kingdom.</li><li>
Water Segment &amp; Market Development

Manage and operate Spot-Welding jigs, Arc welding fixtures, Roller hemming fixtures, etc., with strong knowledge of BIW processes.</li><li>
Read and interpret layout and detail drawings accurately.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with Tier-1/OEM design standards and automotive manufacturing processes. Work on welding line processes and layouts such as Spot Welding, ARC welding, and SPR/FDS joining, including standard BOP selection.</li><li>
Lead the team at the customer site with awareness of pneumatics, sensors, and other integration elements, ensuring effective communication and execution.</li></ul> 
Qualifications for the role<ul><li>
Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical or production engineering.</li><li>
6&ndash;12 years of relevant experience in Bodyshop/Chassis shop installation and commissioning within Automotive OEMs, Tier-1s, or line builder environments.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of BIW processes, welding lines (Spot, ARC, SPR/FDS), fixture handling, layout interpretation, and familiarity with pneumatics, sensors, and automation elements.</li><li>
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site activities at customer locations.</li><li>
Ensure all projects are executed safely by adhering to TBT, JSA, PTA, and 5S practices at the workplace.</li><li>
Maintain day-to-day communication with customers on project progress and escalate issues promptly to internal and external stakeholders as required.</li><li>
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with customers and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>
Act as an interface between the customer and internal teams to prioritize activities as per the project plan.</li><li>
Lead and align work leads (Robot, Controls, and Technical leads) for daily activities, ensuring quality workmanship from third parties.</li><li>
Coordinate with third-party vendors (design houses, manufacturing partners, and bought-out parts suppliers) and be willing to travel across India for site execution and commissioning.</li></ul>
