Key areas of Focus<ul><li>
Partner with the Finance planning teams to facilitate continuous improvement efforts towards the planning, forecasting and long-range plan.</li><li>

Act as BPC subject matter expert for the entire organization by recommending and seeking out fellow BPC SME for common resolution and best practice recommendations for the enterprise.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Requires 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Finance, or Accounting preferred.</li><li>
Strong expertise in Finance for a large pharmaceutical company is required.</li><li>
Located in Lake County, Illinois area with ability to work in office 3-5 days a week depending on deadlines.</li><li>
Experience in architecting, building, and supporting financial planning applications.</li><li>
Experience with administration and/or implementation of SAP BPC required.</li><li>
Strong Analytical and technical skills to continuously improve processes.</li><li>
Understanding /Acumen of Finance with strong knowledge in planning, forecasting, accounting close process.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>
Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels</li><li>
Ability to understand the needs of the various business teams to appropriately plan for growth and change</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills, including innovative and creative solutions</li><li>
Ability to work independently and be goal oriented, as well as work as part of a team</li><li>
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines</li><li>
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
